清晨，巴哥在自家大门上叮叮咚咚的安装一块木头招牌。从他的敲击节奏，能听得出来他非常兴奋。
猫就住在巴哥家对面的树上，她被这兴奋的节奏一下子从睡梦中唤醒了，一纵身跳下来，抬头一念“黑~律~师~事~务~所~”猫跳下来悄无声息，巴哥被吓了一大跳，卷起的尾巴一下子拉直了，低头转过身，一张不威自怒的脸让人不由联想到了Gordon Brown。
猫已经习惯了巴哥这种条件反射，只是把头微微往后退了退，拉着长长的鼻音说“黑律师事务所？等等，等等，巴哥，什么叫黑律师事务......

“选择投票制”成全卡梅伦问鼎保守党领袖
今日，星期二，保守党国会议员表示在议会选举中还将坚持过去的“简单多数票当选”的做法，而政府有项计划将对是否引入“选择投票制”进行全民公决，下议院针正在对该计划进行投票，所谓选择投票制是指投票人将被选举人按照1，2，3的顺序排列进行投票的方式。
但是，保守党民主运动（Campaign for Conservative Democracy）的约翰.斯特拉福德指出，实际上，保守党在所有候选人的选择和党首的选举中都使用类似的选择投票制进行。
我很好奇的翻阅了2005年保守党领袖选举最后一次投票的数字。
瞧，第一轮国会议员的投票结果是：
大卫 戴维斯 - 62
戴维 卡梅伦 - 56
利亚姆 福克斯 - 42
肯 克拉克 - 38
克拉克和福克斯首轮出局，他们的选票被前两位瓜分，而戴维卡梅伦，在随后的计投票中得到了许多他们的支持者的第二或第三偏好，才最后胜出。

但凡智商70以上的，应该都能理解李庄二审“认罪”的原因，他的认罪态度我也早就评论过，估计认罪态度不好也是回不了家过年的原因。难免有些年纪大得翻不动墙的律师会被墙内媒体忽悠，或者不满李庄拒绝当“烈士”的律师同仁，觉得没必要再继续支持李庄。
但请一定记住，李庄可以妥协，并不意味着法治可以妥协！以法为敌者，天下共诛之。
确实李庄也已经没必要再大呼上当，因为他二审的表态已经很清楚了，也只有重庆的法庭会把当事人自相矛盾的话来当作证据，判人有罪。
接下来的事情就是等北京还法律一个清白了。我还是坚定的相信法律必胜！
在此期间，也希望李庄安安心心做几天牢，作为藐视法律的惩罚。为了让其安心，建议给李庄戴上24小时医疗监控仪器，使他免于传说中的酷刑。虽然酷刑是一种反人类罪行，估计也不会在红色重庆存在，但是还是需要持怀疑的态度来对待此事。

Furious that the Nisour Square case was dismissed, the Iraqi government said it might file civil suits in the United States and Iraq against Xe. But its chances of success are not considered great. The families of many of the victims of the rampage accepted a settlement from Xe last week, worried that had they pursued their civil suit they might have gotten nothing.
