- Work with headquarter and *** China managements to set up and implement *** China HR policies.
- Build and Manage *** China HR teams, including teams in *** Chengdu, Hangzhou sites.
- Manage all aspects of HR functions for *** China, including payroll, employee benefits, recruiting, performance management, SOX compliance etc.
- This position directly reports to the GM of *** Chengdu, with dot line report to the *** HR director in US.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar capacities, either as HR manager or HR director for major international corporations, preferably a US company.
- Familiar with both US and Chinese labor laws.
- Familiar with SOX HR compliance requirements.
- Fluent in English
- BS degree
