职位描述:
工作职责:
1.参与公司招聘工作,高质高效的满足公司人员需求;
2.参与完善公司绩效考核流程和制度, 执行绩效考核具体工作;
3.参与完善公司薪酬福利结构,汇总员工薪酬数据;
4.负责社保和公积金的办理,统计员工考勤以及加班情况;
5.熟悉并收集相关的人事政策与法律法规,负责员工劳动合同的签订与更新;
6.管理员工档案并提供需要的分析数据;
7.向部门经理汇报,完成人力资源相关的其他工作。

任职要求:
1.热爱人力资源管理,具有良好的职业道德,有IT行业相关从业经验优先;
2.思维严谨、责任心强、有较强的学习能力、亲和力、沟通能力、团队合作精神及原则性;
3.熟练使用Office办公软件;
4.英语听说读写良好,通过CET-6优先;
5.管理学、心理学、法律及计算机相关专业本科或以上学历。

Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the company’s recruitment work and have capability to meet the company’s real-time needs with high-quality promptly and effectively;
2.Be involved in optimizing the company’s performance appraisal process and policy and implement specific work of the performance appraisal;
3.Participate in optimizing the company’s compensation and benefit structure, and sum up the staff’s C&B data;
4.Be responsible for the handling of social insurance and housing fund, working out the attendance & overtime statistics;
5.Be familiar with and collect the related personnel policies, laws and regulations, and be responsible for the signing and updating of the labor contracts;
6.Manage the staff’s files and provide the analysis data required;
7.Report to the department managers and carry out the other tasks related to human resources.

Requirements:
1.Have strong enthusiasm on human resources management with good professional ethics; having experience in the related business of IT industry is a plus;
2.Have rigorous thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, a strong ability of quick learning; have affinity, communication skills, team-work spirit and principles;
3.Be skilled in using Office software;
4.Be good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking. Those who had passed the CET-6 will be prior;
5.Have Bachelor Degree or above in the specialized subject of Management, Psychology, Law or computer science related field.
