每隔多久锻炼一次？ 1 Introduction A Concerning physical exercise, American men and women, boys and girls, generally fall into one of two categories. Many Americans are extremely over weight and seldom exercise. One the other hand, many other Americans love to exercise and are in great shape. Many keep a fitness program; some exercise once a week, and some even less. Bill: Oh, I'm too lazy to play sports, and I'm not good at anything either.
